School Radiology Tech curriculum will train students take X-rays and CAT scans, and administer non-radioactive materials into patient's blood stream for diagnostic purposes. You'll learn how to perform emergency procedures using energized radiographic units, position patients and process film, interact with patients and administer their vital signs, perform surgical asepsis, and more. Training programs are available through radiology technician schools and programs within in colleges and universities, and can be from 1 year to 4 years in length.
